About Us
FunMakers was established in 1999 in Knoxville, TN by Mike & Robin Maddux. Originally FunMakers only sold & installed residential wooden play structures, basketball goals, and trampolines. However, due to high customer satisfaction scores, word spread about the family owned & operated business and calls from churches, apartment complexes, home owner organizations, day cares, campgrounds, and schools started to pour in. 
These organizations were looking for a more affordable & dependable source for steel & plastic commercial playground equipment than what was readily available from the national brand companies. Thus, FunMakers Commercial division was born to meet this need.
FunMakers seeks to provide the same exceptional customer service with their commercial customers as their residential customers have come to expect. You will find the staff to be knowledgeable and friendly and the products to be of high quality and very competitively priced. From play structures, swings, and spring riders, to safety surfacing, park benches & picnic tables, you will find what you need to make your commercial playground fun, safe & affordable. We are based in Knoxville, TN, but we will travel! While we have installed play structures as far away as Hot Springs, AR, we prefer to stay within a 250 mile radius of Knoxville. We service the entire state of TN as well as parts of KY, OH, VA, NC, SC, GA & AL.
